The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead a talented therapy team, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This role is a balance of hands-on treatments (70%) and managerial responsibilities (30%), making it ideal for a beauty professional ready to take on a leadership role while staying connected to their craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality beauty treatments using renowned brands such as CACI, [comfort zone] skincare, and microdermabrasion
• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to five therapists
• Manage team rotas, recruitment, training, and performance reviews
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement
• Handle reception duties, guest bookings, and resolve client enquiries
• Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon

About You

We are seeking a confident, professional, and approachable leader who is passionate about beauty therapy and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum)
• 3-5 years' experience in a salon or spa environment
• Proven team leadership and training experience
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for developing staff and growing the business
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
