About the Role
Are you passionate about beauty and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand brand presence for a leading beauty product house. This role is focused on managing a London-based territory, building relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue growth. As an on-the-road sales position, regular travel to salons, spas, and beauty retailers across London is required.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and growing sales within your assigned territory, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Building and maintaining strong relationships with salon owners, spa managers, and beauty professionals will be at the heart of your role. You will identify new business opportunities, convert leads into loyal customers, and provide training and demonstrations to support client engagement and retail sales. Staying ahead of industry trends will allow you to offer expert advice and strategic solutions to clients while managing your own schedule to balance client visits and business development activities effectively.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, ideally within the beauty, hair, or skincare industry. Strong B2B sales experience, combined with the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships, is essential. You should be a confident communicator and negotiator with excellent presentation skills. A self-motivated, target-driven mindset is crucial, along with the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves extensive travel across London.
