Business Development Consultant (Maternity Cover - 9 or 12 Months)

Job Type: Full-time - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover - 9 or 12 months)

Salary: £40,000 base + uncapped commission + bi-annual bonus + car allowance (OTE £60,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales techniques and business development.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with an existing client portfolio.
  • Present and demonstrate cutting-edge aesthetic devices, showcasing their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed financial targets, contributing to company profitability.
  • Efficiently manage schedules and appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism at industry trade shows and events.
  • Monitor sales activities, pipeline development, and market feedback to optimize performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in prospecting and securing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling high-value products or equipment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-focused.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry with a strong network of salon and clinic owners/managers.
  • B2B sales experience with a proven track record in field-based sales.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
