About the Role

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Spa Manager with the day-to-day operations of the spa. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of a seamless and memorable experience for every guest, while leading and motivating the team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Spa Manager with operational management and overseeing daily activities.
• Leading and mentoring a team of therapists and spa staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Delivering a world-class experience for guests, tailored to their individual needs.
• Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to optimise efficiency and maintain team morale.
• Driving sales and promoting spa treatments, products, and services.
• Ensuring the spa operates in compliance with health and safety standards.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a senior spa or wellness role, ideally in a luxury environment.
• A professional and approachable demeanour, with strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
• A Level 3 beauty therapy qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
