Key Responsibilities:- Execute a range of spa treatments at an exceptionally high standard- Support the Treatment & Assistant Treatment Manager- Mentor therapists- Train new and existing therapists in treatment procedures and products- Serve as a role model for other therapists- Assist in managing the day when required- Achieve consistent retail targets- Build a regular client base- Ensure treatment rooms are immaculate, clean, and hygienic at all times- Perform other reasonable tasks requested by the management team to aid smooth spa operations

Requirements:-Minimum NVQ Beauty Qualification Level 3 or equivalent- Essential previous spa experience- Excellent interpersonal skills- Proficient in daily computer use- Self-motivated- Team player- CACI training is advantageous but not essential- Strong communication skills- Must have own transport- Available to work evenings and weekends
